Customer Service?

       Remember the days when Sellers & Buyers  could just call if there was an issue with another  buyer/Seller , Deliveries, Feedback Etc Etc.....You always knew if there was something that wasn't right Cust Service would set things Straight so long as there was proof that they could....I know Sellers with stores that cannot get thru to get help....Now there is no-one no where to get Human Contact for sellers & Buyers...How about Shipping: When you pack, measure and weigh things spot-on only for Fedx or others tag on extra unfounded charges...Think you can sort things out and or be refunded....Dream on....Even the retail stores on-line or at malls will bend over backwards to make you happy and do what is required to make any adjustment...There's a few bad apples but the point I'm making is how can Ebay keep doing this they must know...Up unitil the Covid Crisis last year I was Happy with Ebay even thankful for the Most Part.....But like great Marriages...accasionally comes a time to part Company or work things out...

Customer Service?

It is more challenging to engage e-Bay CS.

 

You can chat and type in "call me" and they will.

 

More serious issues you can access e-Bay thru social media on Twitter or Facebook for Business.
