Customer Service/Support call request not working

Does anything work anymore. I was trying to contact customer support by phone, but when you get down to the part of clicking on the 'Call Me' box, it is inactive. You can't click on the box and so far I can't find a work-around. Stop messing with this site.

The only time I've had to contact eBay during the past year, I sent a message through facebook. I know it's not 'by phone', but it was through email (after the first message) and was very efficient. Maybe try that. Good luck.
