I just find it funny how some people will send a lowball offer on OBO listings, but don't want to hear a counter offer. (Nothing against trying to get a deal, I completely understand that, heck my wife looks for deals on deals). What I find funny is when a buyer blows up your inbox with lowball offer after offer, and then when you send an offer back to them, you can hear a pin drop. Nothing but crickets. No counter offer, no declining, no nothing. They become like a fart in the wind and disappear.

I've found over time that if a buyer opens a haggle (OBO) with at least 50%, they're generally serious, and we will go back and forth with counter-offers until a price is agreed-upon... not always, but usually.
If they offer me less than 50%, I know it's going to be a ghost and a waste of my time... so I just hit "decline".
