Creating an invoice- pre-sale

I have a buyer that wants to buy 7 separate listings, combined. I have given him a price for the combined shipping cost. He now wants me to issue him a bill of sale with the agreed upon shipping. How do I do that?

The buyer would actually have to put the items in their cart in order to ask you for a combined invoice.

Assuming they are fixed price listings, advise the buyer add items to their cart and use the request total link. This is available exclusively on the website, not the app.

Another option is to create a custom listing for all items together. If you're working out any kind of offer on item price on top of the combined shipping, a custom listing might be the fastest way to get this done.

How do I access their cart? Where would I find the link you mentioned?

Thank you

You cannot access a buyer's cart. The buyer is the one that has to request total and the link is near the top right, above the items in their cart.

It is not clear that if the buyer is using the mobile app they can request an invoice.

I have had buyers report they cannot.

Once they used the link to request a total, how do I see this? How am I notified?

Thank you so much

Typically you are notified by e-mail, phone notification or the bell icon at the top right when using a browser.
