Have you attached your bank account to Payoneer? Have you registered your account as a business in your country? Did Ebay contact you approving you to sell? Did you go to seller school?

This is a helpful course that can teach you what you need to know about being a good seller on ebay.  So many of our friends from Sri Lanka sign up to sell only to have their accounts suspended because they failed to learn rules/policies and sold things that were prohibited to sell on ebay, not to mention customs.  Hope this has been helpful. Good luck to you.
