Create Listing for 1 person

I agreed to sell a phone to an eBay member through the message system. How can I create a listing, where the particular eBay'r is the only person who can purchase?

@rideswitch82 No.  The best thing to do is to list the item as fixed price with a best offer.  Mark the price up so nobody else will be tempted to purchase and then send your buyer a link to the item and ask them to send you an offer.  That way you have control.

I have done listings where the first picture said PRIVATE LISTING FOR:

And the second picture said:  PRIVATE LISTING FOR__________ PLEASE DO NOT BUY

And the rest of the photos were the real  photos for the listing.

Then I messaged my buyer with the listing number. Then the buyer purchased.

I have never had anyone else buy the item but the buyers were pretty quick to purchase.
