Coupons on ebay shipping supplies

Now that ebay has taken away all the classic views can someone tell me where to find the coupon code for ebay shipping supplies.  We used to get one every quarter and when I go purchase it does not show up.  Did they discontinue it, hide it ?

  You can get to 'Manage Store' in the Seller Hub in the Selling Tools Module.

Go to your store.

Click on "manage my store".

Click on "subscriber discounts".

Click on shipping supplies "see details".

You'll see your code and expiration date.

Go to your Seller Hub and you can find all you need there.

Thank you.  Finally found it.  I did not find it in my seller hub. I never go to my store so I never noticed that manage my store.  My seller hub only has selling, orders and promotional.
