As the title suggests, I can not figure out how to send a created coupon to a previous Buyer. It appears that I can only post to social media.
Perhaps I am just missing something.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you.

@brickspirit the easiest way to do this would probably be to set the coupon as "private" when you create it (to make sure only people you send it to can use it) then send that buyer an eBay message with the link for the coupon or the coupon code.

Thank you so much.
I believe what you are suggesting will work just fine for the scenario I am planning.

You're welcome @brickspirit !
Depending on the scenario you have in mind, if it's a situation where you know before shipping that you want to offer that buyer a coupon on their next order, you could also print out the coupon and include it in the package.
You should have a coupon option in the drop down for the order in Seller Hub
Then just select a coupon code you already have created and fill everything else out.
Now that I think about it - you could use that in an email or message too. You could save it as a PDF or JPG instead of printing, then email it or attach it to a message instead of including it in the box.
I haven't really played with it much, but that might be a way to do something a little more personalized/customized.

Ok, so I was curious what it would look like and I think it would work!
I blurred out seller info for privacy, but basically it shows the store logo & name and has all the important info about the coupon plus a spot for a personalized message.
I think for branding it could work to attach that as an image to whatever message you sent to the buyer - maybe give them that extra special warm and fuzzy feel. 😊
