Counterfeit Items

Has anyone had any issue with Ebay removing your items for being counterfeit and they aren't? I have had 2 items removed in the last 60 days and one of them was a Microsoft Windows 10 Pro flash that was still sealed in the package and the USB is correct. They tell me there is no appeals process and my account is suspended for 3 days.

Do not relist until the matter is resolved.

Did you get a VeRO notice?  If so you need to respond to the VeRO member and find out why your item was considered counterfeit.

Do you have the receipt from when you purchased it?  

Was it purchased from an authorized MS dealer?

If you're not an authorized distributor or have a written licensing agreement with Microsoft don't relist it UNTIL Ebay says you can in writing!
