You may have women's in title and description - but you forgot to change the item's category from men's to women's if you used another listing and chose sell similar instead of starting a brand new fresh one.
Common mistake - I've done it and then wonder why my item gets no views - sometimes a wonderful buyer will come along and let me know of the mistake which is greatly appreciated and I kick myself for not having double checked the listing!
