Stop infringing on my copyrights via duplicating my listings/pictures and undercutting my price by $1.00.
eBay may condone this behavior,..... I don't...... Nor does the Federal Trade Commission. So knock it off.

I don't see any listings for your user ID.
Are you selling under another ID?
If so, how is anyone supposed to know what behavior to "knock it off" when they do not know your listings?

This is a community forum for eBay buyers and sellers. eBay doesn't monitor these messages or take any action based on posts here. I don't know who this post was for, and unlikely that any party you were attempting to notify would see it.

I don't think any of us here are copying your listings. Why don't you send that
message to the person(s) who are?

UMMM, there's a helpful little button on every listing that says "have one to sell? SELL NOW".
Once you list something, the listing becomes ebay's intellectual property, along with all the text and pictures. Didn't you read that part in the user agreement?
Oh and ebay is FREE TRADE. Sellers can undercut you by any amount they choose, heck they can give it away for free or (gasp) charge more than you. AND STILL GET THE SALES!
First sale doctrine. Repeat. First sale doctrine.

You might want to rethink posting a rant like this because it could cause a lot of sellers to do exactly what you described and they would smile all the way to the bank doing it.

The FTC likes legal trade of all kinds.

And that message is directed to . . .?

I don't care what you have to say. I put a lot of time into my listings only to have some jerk wad that has no idea how to create a listing copy mine and then undercut my price.
That's cut throat. Okay, I can play that game. I would rather not, but when you use vulgar language when I make a simple respectable request that you stop using my works, well that makes it personal. Sorry for you and you know who you are!

When you upload photos and descriptions, Ebay allows other sellers to use them and there's not much that can be done about it.

Who ever they are there is a 98% chance they are not going to read here. If you made a ''polite'' request to the seller who is doing it asking them to stop and they refused, there is not much more you can do.

"Stop infringing on my copyrights"
If somebody infringes your copyright, you are entitled to file a lawsuit in federal court to enforce your rights.
You do actually own copyright on whatever you are referring to, correct?

Let me reiterate here: Your message is evidently for ONE CERTAIN PERSON. It's doubtful that that person will see it here.
I have never used vulgar language here or anywhere else. Nor have I ever copied another's listings. And I really doubt if those who replied to your message have done that either.
PLEASE read what people are telling you here and quit bad mouthing innocent eBayers. I find your reply to my message quite offensive.
Your listings are not copyrighted.

I did Make a "polite" request and the response is where the vulgar language came in.
I don't care for people like that! Who does? Had someone spoke to me like that face to face they would be nursing a bloody broken nose!

Violence does not solve anything and suggests anger issues or something else going on. If you use calculated shipping chances are your thingamajig may be cheaper for many buyers. It's hard to know the full story when you use a posting ID. Your real ID we'd be looking at your listings and finding the copycat listings and trying to find a solution.
