Conversion Rate

I am a newer sell with around 50 items in my and mainly am selling ties. My sell through rate is at 3.1% and my click through rate is at 0.2%. I have been selling for about a year.  
The tie niche is about a 1.8% sell through rate.

Are these good numbers or what should I do better?

Looks like about ~50 items listed with ~46  sales over the last 90 days.  Not too shabby, imo.

Those are some snappy looking ties.

I would LOVE to have that conversion rate!  Mine is less than 1%, but I sell in a super saturated category.  

It's a hard question to answer b/c it's so subjective & so category dependent.  Generally in Fashion, 1% is considered a good or reasonable conversion rate.
