Contain expired listings

Hello everybody, 

I am quite new here and had the question: if your listing's expire they will remain just on the non active status or they dissappear, they get deleted?

And If yes they will be deleted is there a way to prevent that and how?

Ebay deletes them after a certain period of time, 90 I think

They will be deleted. You used to be able to use Turbo Lister do download those and have all the info, but I think that is defunct.
