      A bit more information would help. Why do you want to contact them did they purchase something from you, are they watching an item?

In general, if you know their eBay ID, go to their feedback page and you will find a contact link there.

Quickest way to save typing is to go to your own feedback page first, then type in their ID in place of yours where your ID appears in your browser's address line.
