Does anyone have any idea how to contact a human being at eBay at this point?

I'm always able to get a real person by using the phone # 877-322-9227. You may have to wait through several minutes of hold music, but a real person will eventually help you out. Good luck! 🙂

Use help and contact at the bottom of the page.

Go through choices until you see the "call back" option displayed.

Be cautious when using phone #'s provided on the net.  Some #'s that once were eBay, and no longer are have been taken over by scammers that will pretend to be eBay support.

Thats the # they recently took down. Hence my attitude.  When you call it Now, it tells you that it is no longer a working number...AFTER you go through the system, of course.

I just tried to do that before I came here with this question and all I saw was "Call Us" at bottom of options. Which gives you the number that NOW no longer works. Which just makes you go in circles.

@designsbytiti During regular business hours you can contact someone on social media. Go to eBay for Business on Facebook and just hit send a message. They are very good about replying within an hour. It's quite easy to use and available to everyone. Make sure you give them the item and/or transaction #. These are not the CS reps that we used to get over the phone either. Best of luck to you....

They WERE good at replaying back in a reasonable amount of time but now that there is no longer an Actual CS #? EVERYONE is going to be going to Facebook.  I tried asking a question there over an hour ago and no one has even seen the message yet.

I appreciate your answer....its EBAY I am annoyed with. But what else is new.

Thank you so much!  I got a live person immediately when I called!  Thank goodness this is still an option!
