Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues I constantly have.
1. Under tasks it says I need to remove active feedback from listing. Did that 6 years ago and it still shows.
2. Under tasks it'll say I have an offer and when i click on offers there is no offer there. I have screen shots from everyday where this happens.
3. couldnt log into account for 30 mintues because it says username or password is incorrect. auto-fill is used and it is correct.
4. Items go missing from store on a regular basis. customer told me there were only 6 items in my store when i had over 700 listings.
Ive called ebay 100's of times and they will lie and say theyve opened a ticket for the tech team to check out but when i call back they say there are no tickets open. Where should i go from here? any help would be much appreciated

You do have at least one item that still ahs active content. There may be more, you can scan your listings here to find them:
https://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ActiveContentScanner.htm
This tool is provided by @shipscript who is well known here in the community. It scans all of your listings and if it finds issues, it will highlight them and help you to get rid of them. I checked and found one listing early in the scan, but I'm having trouble with Chrome, it froze up and I wasn't able to complete the scan, so I will have to let you find out which listings still have active content and need to be fixed.
When items go "missing" from your store, it is usually because they have been revised. That takes them out of search until they have been re-indexed.

In that situation, it might be worth trying another browser or another link, particularly if you are using an old bookmark. Sometimes the sign-in will fail if the page has not loaded completely before you attempt to sign in, too. Disabling ad blockers or script blockers and enabling third-party cookies on the sign-in page can sometimes help with certain sign-in issues.

I see 817 items you have for sale at the moment. But what another user sees may depend on the shipping address the user has to calculate shipping, and what shipping methods you have specified.
Users in some locations may have problems seeing items even if the shipping is set up correctly for that location, too. In the past there have been problems with Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or Armed Forces (APO) locations. Users in India were limited to seeing items listed outside of India at one point. More recently, users in some Asian countries seem to have problems viewing some items in the US, at least while using a non-US location to calculate shipping.

There is no active content in the listings they say there is. Ive gone over it 100 times and even Ebay cs cant figure it out.

Customer went into my ebay store and searched the keyword of the items i have for sale and said there was only one item. I had 6 items with those keywords listed at the time.

No items had been revised. 1 instance buyer went into store (after telling him I had over 700 maps for sale) and messaged me back saying there was only 200 items. called ebay and they said yes items are missing. Next day called a friend in RI and had them check and only 500 items were showing. Its not me Its Ebay, and they even admit it but dont seem to care enough to fix the problem

eBay recently changed how store searches work -- it is entirely possible that the store search did not find the items because the search was defaulting to a previously searched category.
I prefer searching a seller's "items for sale" directly, rather than going through the storefront interface for just this reason.

Check the html for the following item description:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/324973468765
There is a broken link to wikipedia there for the word "Surgeon", which you can see using the following tool:

Did you search for those items yourself? Were those items actually missing from your active listings, or were they just hard to find when searching in your store?
Its not me Its Ebay, and they even admit it
If you argue with a customer service rep long enough one may eventually tell you whatever the rep thinks you want to hear just to get you off the phone.
At the moment, if I go to your store and search for map I get 663 results. If I search your "items for sale", I get the same number.
It is certainly possible that a store search failed to deliver the right results, although it seems to be working right now.
It is also possible that another user might try a different search, or search within a particular category and wind up with a different number of results.

@selsa84 ,Yes, there is, that's why I told you how to find it.
I was going to post the item # for you, but as I said, my browser froze up and I couldn't finish the scan. Check the post from @eburtonlab, the problem is shown here:

eBay customer service are not trained on issues like this. You have to use the scanning tools from ISDN.

Agreed. This probably means that the search defaulted to an incorrect category, or a too-specific category.
