Keeps randomly asking to update my bank account. Which I have a couple times, but keeps giving me this message on the app.
"Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by Feb 09, 2022 to avoid further restrictions."
Tried to post up a listing this morning and got this message: "Listing Error - You need to verify some details on your account. Until then, you will not be able to list additional items", but nothing in my account shows that there's anything that needs to be updated.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I've had this account since 2004 and never had any issues until this year. Not quite sure what the deal is but it's pretty frustrating.
