I had an account about 10 years ago. Probably 100 transactions, both buying and selling. It went dormant and I closed both ebay and paypal accounts a few years later because I figured it was just one more way for my personal info to be hacked. I'm retired and just planning on getting rid of all of my excess stuff. We let our kids go through everything. They took what they wanted but I'm still stuck with a whole lot of stuff. Mostly kids toys, Christmas items we'll never use, housewares etc. I probably have 200-300 items to sell.
Like every other new account I've been restricted to 5 sales per month. I asked for an increase several times but have been refused. If I open a starter store will I still be restricted to 5 sales a month or does that go away? I would really like to sell off as much as I can this winter. I've been doing a lot of reading here but I haven't seen this issue addressed anywhere. Thanks for any assistance.
