Confused about return process

I sold a vintage Ad.  Title states Vintage Ad.  Description states Vintage Ad, published in specific magazine.

Within 2 hours of receiving, the buyer starts a return request.  Does not contact me...goes directly to eBay.  I get a notice eBay has issued a return label.  I read the case.....reason for return:   Does not fit.   Her comment:  my son bought this, he thought he was getting the real thing, not an AD!

First mental response....go to your board of education and complain about not getting your money's worth.   If they can't understand the meaning of Ad, you have a real problem.

Second - how in the world does a vintage AD "not fit"?

So, when it comes back, how do I challenge the "not as described' concept of this.  She is actually doing a buyer's remorse for the free shipping.

Which is kind of ironic, because she had to send it back and will have to wait for her refund when - if she had messaged me about it, I would have refunded without the return hassle.  And might have suggested she put the ad up in her son's room to remind him to read carefully before buying on-line.

Fwiw, the return label is only charged when it's used, so you can still refund and  message the buyer not to send the the ad back.  I wouldn't say anything in the message other than you don't want the item returned.

IIRC, there was a case a while back where a seller posted a print or picture of a large gold bar and sold it for a few dollars. Seller then got an SNAD claim because the buyer claimed to have a expected an actual gold bar for their $20 delivered.  Poor seller was scolded for not making it clear that you don't get a large bar of gold for $20 on eBay - go figure.

If she used does not fit as a reason for the return, that would be a buyers remorse return so unless you have free return shipping, the buyer would be the one paying for the label.  Did ebay actually say that you would be charged for the label?
