Confused about an offer - china zero feedback

Hi - I have had an offer on a toy for £140.00.

I have looked at the bidder and it is a zero feedback new eBay account only two weeks old.

when I look at where to ship,  it has a Chinese address but my listing states global shipping programme. So I am now confused -? Can someone advise - when and if the person pays do I get given a uk address to send to ? Thank you

If it makes you feel any better, I also use GSP.

I have been for years. Hundreds of transactions and never had any problems.

Good luck!

I'm confused.

Your listing states you use GSP (global shipping program) and someone from China bought it.

So what's the problem?

Hi

I just want reassurance that this isn’t a glitch. Because it says send to China - not a uk hub address.

I looked at some of your other listings.

They offer GSP (global) shipping from the UK to many countries including China.

Did you not want to ship to China?

If so, you need to fix that in your listings by excluding China as a country that you ship to.

Can you help me here? Am now confused about the GSP as it relates to the UK.  I know that the GSP as used by a US seller requires the item to be shipped to the GSP hub in Erlanger, KY, from whence it is then shipped to the overseas shopper.  Does the GSP not work that same way in the UK? That is, does not the UK seller ship to a GSP hub somewhere in the UK and the GSP sends it on to the international buyer? So, if that is indeed the case,  how would the seller be shipping to China? And isn't it the same rule, once the item arrives at the GSP center, wherever it is in the UK, isn't the seller's responsibility over with?  My point is, if the above is indeed true, why should the seller exclude shipping to China, when he is not actually shipping to China when using the GSP? Or does it work differently in the UK?
