I have had an ebay account for 23 years. I was trying to pull 1099 info and triggered a compliance alert, which has stopped payments to me. You cannot speak to anyone about this. They want pages of documentation but you can only upload one page at a time. They asked for a certified state of Maryland letter, which I provided today, but they rejected it. As a sole proprietorship, for online sales only, I have never needed. a state certificate. But gave it to them. I am compliant with all state and fed laws. What happens if they won't remove the hold. Currently, after this weekend, sales will be almost $2000? Anybody have these issues?
