Combined Shipping

I have a buyer that won an auction but is planning on bidding/purchasing a couple more items and would like combined shipping.  I’m more than happy to do this but I don’t know how/if i can somehow mark the sold item as pending so that it doesn’t get canceled as unpaid after 3 days.

You can turn off the automatic cancellation option for selected buyers:

I did this when I was doing auctions once.  First call CS and make sure you get it on record that you are waiting to ship at the buyer request.  You will need to give them all the items the one he bought and the ones he wants to buy.  Make sure CS understands the situation (this can be a challenge often).  Once the last item he wants sells you must ship and I recommend that you do so ASAP i.e. same day if possible.   I had a little issue with mine but, calling Ebay and getting it on record was Key.  It got resolved and they removed defect (after a few phone calls)
