Hello,
I thought I had it where International Buyers can send me an invoice for combined shipping.
Yes and No. I had someone from Canada tell me how to set it up in "managed payments".
And the buyer from Canada was able to send me an invoice for multiple items.
However, some buyers from UK were not able to do it this week.
So, only International Country of Canada can do it. So strange. Why only Canada?

The capability for EIS was announced as a future enhancement as I recall.

What shipping service were they using? The new EIS will not allow the sending of invoices.

So can we assume that, when you mention buyers sending invoices, you actually meant sellers?

Hey @12345jamesstamps . Buyers can send invoice requests through the shopping cart. They cannot send invoices.
Since you offer direct USPS First Class International shipping and are not using eIS, buyers should be able to request an invoice unless you're running into one of these road blocks.
This info was posted by Kyle from eBay describing situations where buyers cannot request an invoice through the cart.

I told the buyer to add items in shopping cart...buyer said he cannot do it.
Can I assume this is the second buyer who doesn't know what the "cart" is ...second buyer from UK?
Anyway, I told buyer I will refund some of the shipping since he did paid and was not able to send for a total in the shipping cart.

I am a seller and buyers want a shipping total for multiple items...2 from UK this week. They stated they cannot send to me for a shipping total.

I have none of those limitations. And I did go into manage payments and changed it to where a buyer from Canada was able to send me asking me for a total on shipping.

Most likely @12345jamesstamps the buyer was using the app. The shopping cart "request total" link is exclusively on the website; it's not available on the app. You could suggest the buyer use a web browser next time. Being from the UK had nothing to do with it.

Just make sure that your shipping preferences and so on are correctly set-up. You will need to allow combined shipping but also combined payments and specify in which timeframe buyers can combine their purchases.

I got another buyer today who purchased 2 items and I had to do a refund for combined shipping because buyer could not put items in cart to ask for a total.
This is crazy! I am only getting International Buyers in the last 4 days...and especially from the UK.
It like my items are not being shown in the USA this week.
