Collect for Pick Up

Does this mean the package is ready for pick up?

Collect for Pick Up

Yes, it's probably an issue of the buyer not wanting to pay customs fees.

Collect for Pick Up

Screenshot showed that Asendia was used. I use them all the time through PirateShip, although the ESUS number indicates you used eISD to ship.

Anyway, I tracked it on the Asendia site which gives you the international tracking number. It turned out to be an LZ tracking number shipped direct with USPS. How’s that for convoluted?

Short answer: USPS site with USPS tracking number.

The sad part is that I understood 100% of what you said. It's sad how we have had this happen so often that jumping thru all these hoops seems normal.
