From what I understand IF you have been a long-time coin seller you get to sell coins under MP. I have sold coins on ebay since 2011. I just signed up for mangled payments maybe two months ago but have not been activated as of yet. Everything is going fine through PayPal. I got a notice saying their is a delay in converting many coin sellers to mangled payments which is fine by me. I think casual sellers who don't have a history of being an established coin seller may be in a different grey area. That's a long non answer but it is what my experience has been for the past two months.
