Actually, that website DOES exist, and it sells items so it's not allowed to be mentioned on eBay. The feedback comments are against policy.
Awful website though. I checked out one of the item categories and it says "Looking for locations". Wow. Get your act together before you start advertising.
I don't get the feeling that this is an ESL situation, though. More like an unusual dialect, rather like Valley Girls is an odd dialect of English. Most people who speak dialects like this are able to communicate more clearly when they write, though.
I've known a couple of people who ramble along like this when they speak. Usually it all starts making sense after a while if one is patient and pays attention, but not always. One guy I trained with I swear spoke in parables. Another tended to start everything in mid-thought. Another ended up with three thoughts going at once (he knew it though and would put the brakes on and start over again). Another, and this was the "nice talking with you, and pardon the haste but I have to get back to work" situation because I couldn't stand listening to it, interlarded all of his sentences with various confessions of inadequacy or portents of doom.
None of them, BTW, was ESL, but they all were engineers or developers save for one who worked in the mailroom at one of my jobs.
