Code on my card was mistakenly scratch off

How can I redeeme my 200 I mistakenly scratch off 2 codes on it

I don't think you did remove them.   A scammer took that card and copied down the number and placed it back in the store display.  They then wait for it to be sold and activated.  They then spend the card.  The missing numbers are so you can't spend it before they do.

Go back to where you purchased it and let them know.

I don't think you can, hon.  Sorry.  I would take the advice of @simba6  & take it back to where you purchased it.  Did you purchase it or was it a gift?  If it was a gift, then there's really nothing you can do.
