I had an order that I just needed to get out quickly while I was out of town. I shipped it UPS and overpaid, but the customer got their purchase in good order. eBay won't let me update the shipping information with the UPS tracking number, hence, will not close out the order. Especially because I took a loss on this transaction, I want to get paid. eBay won't release the funds. How do I communicate to eBay that the seller received her item? She has not left feedback (I've asked her to), but she did reply within eBay and said "thank you" acknowledging receipt. what can I do to get eBay to release the funds?
