Has anyone seen this new layout for listings? I have a button on my last listing called 'click button to view entire description'.
There is a completely blank screen unless one clicks that button. There is NO description of the item for sale until you click this button and then the description opens in a separate window.
What is this all about - an I in a test group?

I'd be unhappy as I couldn't use a gallery in the description anymore and lord knows eBay doesn't seem to want buyers to see my "other listings".

A question for eBay - After all this time is this "click to view description" test now a permanent change ?

According to Jeff in today's weekly chat ...
"We're going to do our best to keep the discussion today limited to Motors topics, but I know that many members are concerned about this one. The test has ended. You (or anyone else) should not be seeing that click to get to the description."

AT LAST !
I wonder how many thousands/millions of dollars in sales were lost since this test started on 12 February 2015 ?
Or how many sellers suffered unfair defects due to buyers returning items without reading the description ?
Mike.

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid. eBay has clearly let buyers know what they think about the buyer's ability to make decisions.

What the heck. I check my listings today and there is this stupid button? How do we disable this? This is definitely not a good thing or any sort of improvement.

I guess eBay management noticed that a few sales were still being made on the site and thought they'd put an end to that!

The re-emergence of this "test" reported today is BAD NEWS for eBay Sellers and EPN Affiliates !

I called eBay customer service regarding this issue and it seems like my account was placed on a "beta test" which would last 3 weeks!!!!. I didn't sign up for this **bleep**! My sales have dropped 40% since yesterday when this took into effect. If you're grouped into this test, please call eBay CS and complain. If they get enough complaints they will drop the test alltogether.

This make increase the Return more and more.
Now, my listing shows NO DESCRIPTION and when I clicked the Fulll description, the ugly frame window showed up and it's difficult to read and it will different view depend on the browser you use.
I sell clothing and the DIMENSION is the most important fact when the buyer choose the size.
You can't fill those dimension (armpit, bust, shoulder, length) for the each size (5 sizes) into the product specifies So, I describe it on the description page.
I don't know what is the eBay's point. More return amd more burden to the sellers.
