I find myself always checking how many views or watchers are on my
ebay listings.
I check them about every 15 minutes.
I have a desktop computer at my
home.
Being retired, that is all I do all day.
Does anybody have any tips or tricks to prevent me from checking my ebay listings every 15 minutes.
I average about 30 listings per week.
Sincerly,
primeusa

If you are awake for 16 hours a day, that means you are check your 30 listings almost 450 times a week.
I never look at my active listings, and I only check for sold items once or twice a day.
My tip would be to turn your computer off and don't turn it back on again.

OP, remember what they say, a watched pot never boils.
Well, eventually it does, but you know what I mean.
Hahaha I got so involved in this boards I forgot I had a pot on the stove!! Luckily you posted it so I went to check. It was boiling hard, luckily it was just the water for my instant espresso. Now that the milk is on (I'm making my homemade version of a vanilla latte) I better watch it a little more closely.
OP, I know how you feel. I don't check my listings but I do click over to my email tab constantly to see if I've received a PP payment. My regular distraction is message boards. This one, a celebrity death one and one dedicated to the show 90 Day Fiance. Otherwise I'm watching TV. Nothing too productive, lol. Lots of guilty pleasures.

I'm also attempting to learn to how bake. I've always done cookies and basic cakes, but I want to learn the science of it, and learn how to do things like breads and croissants, etc... I did make a really good cream cheese pound cake the other day. I also got a bunch of cute cookie tins this weekend so I'm going to make some various Christmas cookies this week.

Yes,, they catch on rather quickly lol . I seen a termite company using a little trained termite sniffing dog to locate the termites inside the walls of a house . When he found a section he'd pick up his paw and point ,, and was quickly given a treat . So he pointed to the same spot again lol . Tulips

I've been doing the same thing of sorts . So far 12 dozen toll house chocolate chip cookies , 3 pounds of walnut fudge ,3 pounds of peanut butter fudge and 2 full pans of Christmas crack . In case theres someone who hasn't heard of Christmas crack yet ,, its a sort of a cookie made from saltine crackers , toffee and chocolate . I don't want to give any false impressions . LOL Tulips
