Cheapest way to ship a CD that sells for $4.00

I see a lot of Cd's for sale in the four dollar range on eBay with free shipping. If you buy postage through eBay the media mail option cost is $3.92!

Are these sellers shipping without tracking?

The reason I ask is I have a collection of Cd's i want to sell. Quite a few will have to be priced at $3.50 to $6.00.

The charity media sellers with the extra 1.80 price cushion is what is slowly but surely causing almost every piece of mainstream media to drop below the cost of shipping for a normal person. I would certainly not suggest that anyone ramp up in books, movies or music these days (other than records).
