When I speak to customer services it says I'll receive a chat transcript email but when I receive it the contents of the attachment is empty?
I end up taking pictures of the chat window before I close it but wondering if anyone knows why the attachment I receive is always empty?

Maybe because the contents of most CS chats add up to nothing?

I have had this problem since June 13. I have 3 chat transcripts that have no attachments. I spent over 20 minutes with an agent who said it was a problem with my device (I’m using the exact same devices and browser as always). Agent said there is no way the system can re-send the attachment so basically it will take a group of us to get them to wake up. I told them it was a problem with their system. Zero help on this issue. I will go back to chat and demand to speak to IT.

You will never speak to anyone in IT. But after you go back to chat and make that demand, you will receive an email from your chat with no transcript attached.

Same here. All chat transcripts are EMPTY and email links to chat that they sent to my regular email have broken links.
