Can someone please tell me how you go about sending a buyer an invoice for additional shipping? The buyer requested expedited shipping and owes me a few more dollars for it. I can't for the life of me find out how that's done...Plenty of things to click on to refund a buyer but no way of invoicing them for when they owe you?? Thanks!

I am presuming that this was a fixed price with IP and buyer asked after buying for different shipping service.
We would have 'agreed ' to cancel sale, add service as first option and relist. If they really want 'it' they would re-buy.
We haven't have your problem as all of our listing have two shipping options offered - we have the combine shipping on paid fixed price problem.
To [sometime] solve that problem [having to refund extra shipping] - we have a note in all fixed price and auctions with BIN telling buyers if they want more then one item to contact use first so we can set it up by adding all items to one listing.
WE STILL get people not reading and 'just' buying before asking but it does help. You can do the same, adding something about 'un-offered' shipping options.

I'm having the same issue. As a recent Seller, I'm still learning the ropes regarding shipping costs. Recent sales include a few in which Buyers paid a shipping fee that is lower than the actual cost to deliver the parcel. The eBay online instructions CLAIM there exists an easy way to "revise and invoice".
After hours of hunting and pecking I can't find any link to an eBay Invoice once the order has been purchased.
It is mind-boggling how anti-Seller this multi-billion dollar operation appears -- as if their profits don't come directly from Sellers goods.

It's 2023, and I have the same exact issue...plus zero help from Mega eBay Profit Machine.
You can't make up how stupid the online "Help" FAQs are when they absolutely provide incorrect information.
I sold an item, but need to invoice the paid Buyer for additional shipping charges.
The eBay info I found is incorrect. When I followed the website instructions I could not find any link for a new invoice or access to the old paid invoice. The Buyer is happy to pay the additional shipping. But how can I invoice them?
From eBay website:
You can send or revise an invoice from either My eBay or Seller Hub.
Once eBay receives a Buyers payment, I can't find any link to any Invoice in order to revise it.
This is Bull**bleep**!

Maybe you didn't notice that this thread was about invoicing a buyer who had requested a shipping upgrade. You are not allowed to charge a buyer more if the reason is that your listing charged the wrong amount. You are not allowed to ask the buyer to pay for your mistake. And I don't think there's any way to send an invoice after the buyer has paid.
