Charged an insertion fee when revising an existing listing????

Why am I being charged an insertion fee of 35 cents when I go into an existing listing

and just update items specifics and remove Best offer ?

Is this something new or is it a glitch (a new revenue source for Ebay).

It is getting so you have to watch everything on this site.

It's a cosmetic glitch. Ebay is aware of it. It doesn't actually charge you, and, this has actually been ongoing for many, many weeks now. I first noticed it months ago but checked to make sure I haven't been charged. I edit my listings all the time, so, I keep up with that.

I don't see why or how Ebay hasn't fixed this yet, if they've been aware of it for as long as they have been.

It does show on my invoice as a new charge...do they remove it before your invoice 

comes thru
