Charged Insertion Fee Promotions on Listings and Revisions. Can I check Pasts Months Listing Count?

Some of these charges seem like they were on revisions, charges minutes apart, which, as I've been reading, are probably a glitch(?) although I do not know. Before anyone says it is probably a glitch and I won't be charged I already was charged and had the money taken.

If I did end up going over I'd like to check and was curious if there was a way to see my lasts month listing count. I've looked and can't find anything. I should have 50 free listings. If I went over than according to the charges I should have made around 75 fresh, not revision, listings. which I didn't do. I had 6 items in the past month and I am pretty sure I didn't make that many listings. I know I did some relists and some new listings even after relisting but I don't remember making 75 new listings between 6 items ( 2 of which only had 1 listing before selling).

I just noticed today that I am being charged for revising listings.  I called ebay and they said that is because I have used up all of my free listings for the month.  I told her where to look and that it did not say anything about that in the instructions.  It does say that if you raise the price they would charge you but nothing about lowering the price of the item.  I also mentioned that I read on here that possibly it was a glitch in the system and if so I would like to be credited for all of the revisions I have made and have been charged for.  Finally she said she would look into that.  I also suggested that if they are going to charge you to revise items they should tell you that.  She said she will look into having that added in their instructions.  So, she verified that it does not say that and in that case they should credit me for the revisions.

I wonder if there's a common denominator to who is being charged for revisions.

Is it only non stores and only non stores who have used up their free 50?
