In a couple of days I have to decide if I am going to opt into the new Free Returns/no restock fees policy. (Or is eBay going to do it automatically?)
I know there are a lot of posters here against it. Quite frankly my returns are generally less than 1/2 of 1% so I am not terrible concerned.
In doing so I get to keep the extra 10% FVF discount plus the extra 3% on some shipping costs. My monthly eBay bill easily runs into 4 figures, so the extra 10% easily runs into 3 figures. Not exactly chump change. On balance I am likely to do it.
If I do decide to switch do I have to do a bulk edit, 50 or so at a time (I have over 11,000 listings) or is there some magic wand that does them all at once? A setting in the Manage Store for example.
Any guidance will be appreciated.

A seller posted here that a eBay rep helped them with the free returns on all of their listings at once. I decided not to do it for big returns so I made a free returns policy and moved about a third of my listings into it to try it out. Our sales haven't been great either so I want to see if we get a boost in the search results under best match with it. Good luck but I would call and see if they can do it for you. I also read we may get a link like we are getting now for guaranteed delivery. That one was tricky though. It took you to a guaranteed delivery explanation page and to activate it you had to click start selling.

YES! If you are an honest seller--thorough and conscientious--it is OBVIOUS. Why, for gosh sakes do they even have feedback if it isn't relevant. The answer is that it IS relevant. I am also 100% and all 5 star (except shipping is 4.9--but my shipping costs are 100% accurate--the real problem is the Post Office's ever-increasing and exorbitant costs).
For you clueless, bright-eyed ingenues who believe everything will be OK because your returns aren't too high right now--just wait. First they came for my neighbors, but because it wasn't me, I didn't do anything..........

It is sad that instead of doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do--nowdays, people (and corporations especially) are only worried about getting caught or called out. Interesting point about social media.
