I changed my handling time from 2 days to 4 days when i went on vacation.
Customer service talked me through it over the phone.
Now i need to change it back.
Can anyone "talk" me through it here or should i call customer service back?
NOTE: I'm a computer idiot and there is no way i can remember how we did it.

Go to your seller hub listings page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Just above your listings there's a big edit button. Click on that and it will give you the option to edit your listings 500 at a time. Select an option.
Once you're in the bulk editor check the box to select all listings.
Then click the big edit fields button at the top and select the field you want to edit.
Make the changes then submit changes and save.

I noticd a 4 days it kind of gives the buyers a kind of "warning" about extended handling time. At 3 days that warning goes away ... so i don't want to be at 4 days.

I changed mine from 2- to 14- day (in bulk... hooray for me.) when I first went to Managed Payments.
I have NOT seen a change in my sales... as a matter of fact, I've been busy!
I've considered changing them back to 10-day, but with MP still taking as long as 11 business days, I may not.
Now, my feedback is full of "It came so fast!" comments... and they make me giggle.
I swear, my mailbox is 1 1/2 minutes from my front porch still.

Wow that is ridiculous it takes that long for MP to process payments. I am not surprised I suppose. I should expect that level of incompetence from eBay... So glad I didn't switch when they wanted me to. I'm guessing people don't even read to see the handling period anyways.

I'm deciding that your guessing is correct!
I've got a disclaimer, If you need it sooner, message me... I might can make that happen! When they do, I do!
And, oh, yeah.... 5 working days to 11 working days, depending on payment method. I had to do it to keep my 'shipments uploaded on time' stat in the green.
It's working so far...

No, not really. In my experience most transactions (re: 85-95%) clear within 2-4 days. Some clear next day and some (AmEx, Discover I'm told) can take 7, 9, or 11 days. Weekends and holidays can cause delays, as well.
It's not about eBay's incompetence - it's about the payment method used by the buyer. Different payment methods clear sooner than others.
If you want to complain that eBay's not fronting money to sellers the way PayPal does then I can understand that. It's a policy decision that a lot of sellers don't agree with. It doesn't bother me personally because I don't need the funds immediately and I'm looking forward to later this year when we have the option to choose a bi-weekly or a monthly payout over the current daily payout.

It's not about incompetence, it's about "someone" collecting interest on your money while you wait...

Wow! You've seen 2-4 day turnaround? The very best I've experienced is 5 days, and yes, the longest I've waited is 11 days... that one, an AMEX payment. And you're correct in that it depends on the payment method used.
I have no complaint that sellers lost the PayPal 'front', now that I've learned how to deal with it.
I don't take it personally, either. (I'd prefer that 'fat wallet that was', but.... hey!) I'd also like to see monies deposited on weekends and holidays, too. No Banker=No Banker's Hours... I get it.
The options for payout sound interesting... I hadn't heard.
I suppose, @gwzcomps , @flyingmvp I missed it in the newsletter. Doh!
