Changing shipping and invoicing customer

I have a customer who contacted me before bidding about using Royal Mail (UK) instead of eBay Global Shipping, because they have had issues with Global Shipping.

They won the auction and I have a Royal Mail quote. How do I change shipping and invoice them for the higher Royal Mail Quote?

     You cannot charge the buyer more once the transaction is completed nor should you change the shipping method. Best thing to do would be to contact the buyer and explain the situation. Ask them if they would like you to cancel the order so you can rework the listing and add in Royal Mail UK as the shipping option. If they agree cancel the order using buyer requested, rework the listing and post it. Notify the buyer of the item number when it is posted and/or provide them a link to it.
