With all these new changes taking place this spring, my listing impressions and page views are down 40% (I'm doing all the same work, and more) and I'm curious what other sellers are doing to get their items seen. I'm selling mostly clothing, so nothing that requires any catalog updates yet, but man this is really killer! Just thought I'd see if any seasoned pros have any tips, or if anybody else is having any luck tricking the new algorithm.

I never trust eBay's 'listing impressions' page...who knows if it is correct.

Try to keep your most important keywords to the front of the title. Even tho Cassini looks at the entire title - I think what would a buyer search for that's looking for an item I have.

ex: your Hudson Jeans - change to something like Hudson Skinny Jeans Sz 28 - leave the wash and rise till the end. Buyers can use the filters to the side to filter to wash, rise, ect..

If you aren't getting views - I change my title up again.

I changed all the titles of my listings to bring the main 5 - 7 key words to the beginning. I did this in the last week of Feb, and my sales exploded beyond anything i've done before. March was over 100% sales increase. I sold over 30% of what I listed for the month.

I figure it was because i realized the change before others... so i'm getting massive search priority.

Thank you!! I will give this a shot as I'm re-listing things! I did something similar at the end of January - I used "Brand, Sex, Size, Item" in that order in all my titles, and the same thing happened to me in Feb - more sales than I'd ever seen. But then everything just ground to a hault in March. I will change things around again and see what happens!
