i been listing on ebay.ca since 2012 & a back in August I had to adjust the shipping rates from Cda to the US and noticed that some of my 900+ listings drop theship to the US which 95% of my buyers are from the US. Ebay has opened 2 tickets now and still nothing as I continue to have to do all the trouble shooting of going thru EACH of the 900+ listings to ensure 'ship to the US' hasn't been dropped AGAIN. I was even being charged for BOLD listings every so often since Mar 2017 and there has never been a solution to that either. Dropping the shipping to the US is obviously a huger problem. I always 'relist' once my subscription listings expire so I have no idea when this started to happen but I feel it's sometime this year with the platform changes with paypal. It could be their upgrades to the system or maybe because i'm 'relisting' from an older listing...i don't know and the ebay tech team should be getting to the root of the problem...very frustrated as I don't have the time to go thru 900+ listings every month. What's the point of paying for a subscription when it isn't displaying as you have set it up?

I list on ,ca and com and haven’t experienced anything like that. Someone here might be able to help but it’s impossible to guess what might be going on without being able to look at your listings.

Go to dotCA and leave a note for tyler@ebay.com
You missed the Wednesday Chat with him, but he is pretty good about answering or finding the right person to answer.

I just went through my lisitings for the 'http' change and it is a bore, but I didn't do all 800+ at once.
I just went each day to my closing GTC listings and fixed the ones closing in 24 hours or less.
Which was about 25 a day, boring , but easier to handle.
I also switched to using Sell Similar and to 30 day listings for the next while.
Sell Similar so that I am forced to look at what I am re-listing -- and showed me that many of my listings had a three year old Ottawa address, even though I purchased the item here in Victoria.
And 30 days so that again I am forced to check again next month to see that the corrections are still in place.
I assume that your items are spread out through the month so that something is opening and closing every day?
I would recommend using the dotCA boards for listing problems since we work with different parameters than our American friends.

Hi @worldsaway77 - I just want to make sure I understand: are you saying that all international shipping on your listings disappears? Or that your listings occasionally do not display 'ships to the US' on them?
I definitely agree with @femmefan1946 that 'sell similar' is a better option if you have gone a significant amount of time since the item relisted (continually 'relist' for years, for example). My personal suggestion is to create new listings from scratch once a quarter and relist from there for the next few months, but I don't have 900 listings to be certain. Keep us posted on the Canadian community boards or here!
