Category Change

I have been selling since two years ago.. I am currently listed under home & Garden and if I change the category and put items in other categories, will my account be suspended?

What are the legal regulations related to this?

I change my category all the time when I have a listing that's getting little to no views and I think it's in the wrong category

It's ok to list in other categories as long as they apply to the item.  What may get you suspended is selling seeds.  Seeds and plant items cannot be exported and the could cause you some issues especially with customs:

I would rethink selling those here on Ebay.  Just because are others are doing it, does not make it right or legal.  Protect yourself and your account.
