Categories related to targeted promotion 50% off seller fees

I received an email for 50% off seller fees.   Is it safe to assume that laptop computers do not fall into consumer electronics and would be excluded from this offer ?

 What is the Promotion?
Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who activate the offer, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, list in one or more qualifying categories (“Qualifying Category”)* in the auction-style, auction-style with the Buy It Now feature added, or fixed price formats (including Good ‘Til Cancelled listings), with any listing duration, during the Promotion Period, will receive a 50% discount on final value fees (collectively referred to as "Promotion") for the first 5 items sold.

*Qualifying Categories include:

    Consumer Electronics (293)
    Cell Phones & Accessories (15032)
    Cameras & Photo > Camera Drones (179697)
    Cameras & Photo > Digital Cameras (31388
Cameras & Photo > Digital Photo Frames (150044)
    Home & Garden >Home Improvement > Heating, Cooling & Air (41986)

"Consumer electronics" and "Computers/Tablets & Networking" are two separate top-level categories.  Laptops would be in the latter, so they would not be covered by this offer.

I would not make that assumption.  Search for laptops on eBay and see what eBay category they fall in.

Good Luck Selling!
