Categories in my store are missing

Good day!

I have a store about a year now, and everything was fine. Items was sorted in categories and categories was displayed in left side, but now categories are missing in my store. I can see only many listings and no sorting. Listing frame is enabled with header and left-navigation categorie bar. Can someone explain what is going on, because i can't find answer ?

My ebay store page also keeps messing up, it must be an eBay thing out of our control.

If you don't have any listings in the category, the category is not displayed.  That avoids buyers clicking and getting a blank screen.

I have items in categories. And even in item description, there are categories links, but after you select specific categorie you get redirected, to all my items mixed together with no sorting at all 😞 

I checked other sellers stores and noticed that if seller are using design template, then everything look good and there are navigation bar, but if not it look like in mine store

eBay had this issue two weeks ago, there were many posts here on the forum and it was resolved shortly.

I keep an eye on this because I work in a company that provides eBay store templates to sellers(3dsellers.com), while trying to find a solution for our users we found out that if you revert to the old eBay store design the categories show up again.

Thanks for help, but this does not work for my store 😞

Listing frame are changing to old design, but categories still does not work in listing frame, it redirects to store, but there are no side bar with categories
