Cases

One of the buyers made 10 cases and
and **bleep** closed my sales,
I can't understand that it will be like this every time
I have to lose a week to start trading again.
Although the buyer says he did not open cases ...
And only two weeks have passed since the date the letter was sent ...
A complete disgrace, I pay for my store in vain?

"I cannot be held responsible for any lost letter that was sent without registration."

Wanna bet?

"Shipments with Ordinary mail are at Buyer's risk."

No, they're not. You are responsible for the delivery of items to your customers.

As a seller, if you send items without some sort of tracking, you're going to lose "item not received" (INR) cases every time.

Start by reading this because YOU agree to it by listing on eBay:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy...

No tracking equals no delivery in eBay's eye's.

Oh and this is a board in which there are thousands of readers:

who now now were to get free stuff. Just saying.

NEVER send an item WITHOUT tracking so you can prove item was delivered

Sorry this is happening to you

Some buyers as you have found out will take advantage of your no tracking number shipping to obtain free stuff and you have NO PROOF

If you have tracking proving delivery to the buyer, but the buyer has opened an item not received case, or cases, why would you not simply download the tracking number to the case (or cases) that the buyer has opened?

@stamps_18

Was the number loaded into the transaction? Was the number loaded into the case? It should be in both...

Well, if you have a tracking number (or numbers) that show that the items have been delivered, upload it into the INR case. eBay will find in your favor if the tracking shows delivery to the customer.

ETA: Guess I should've read the entire thread before posting. Embarrassing to be the fourth one to post the same comment. 🙄
