Case closing problem

I delivered the product of buyer at on the door step,But the buyer open INC on 1st  March 2025 but this time case is not closed in anyone favour,the ebay does not give me the option of closing the case.I am worried about this problem because my payment are on hold by ebay anyone known how to resolve this problem?

Did you upload the tracking number to the order and to the INR case?  If not there will be an issue.  Tracking numbers can only be used once.  That basically means if you drop ship it's not yours to use.  This can be a problem if you sell things you don't own outright.

When customer opens "item not received" case against you...Seller must provide EBAY with postal tracking# or QR code proving item was delivered.   If Seller cannot provide "proof of delivery" you will be forced to refund the customer.   Case will automatically close after the refund is given.

 

If you not have postal tracking# proving item was delivered you will be forced to give customer a refund.   

If you "hand delivering" product to customer yourself...your customer needs to give you QR code on their cellphone proving they received the item. 

 

If you plan on allowing "local pickup" you need to change your listing to allow "local pickup" BEFORE the customer make their purchase.    When customer purchases item for "local pickup"  EBAY will send customer QR to customer's cellphone (this is what Seller needs to prove item was "hand delivered").   Before you hand over the item to the customer...you need to get QR code from customer's cellphone.   Without that QR code EBAY has no proof that the item was delivered and you will be forced to give the customer a refund.

Item being sold and that have been sold look all to be drop shipped, so don't see how the seller could have delivered the items themselves considering they are in Pakistan.

Why do your listings show the items are located in Pakistan, but you're shipping from China.

This is why experienced sellers advise against dropshipping.

Your supplier controls photography, descriptions, packaging, and shipping.

But you are responsible for photography, descriptions, packaging, and shipping.

No control, but all the responsibility.

 

As suggested above, you have up to four days to enter the tracking number as Proof of Delivery. If you do not do that personally, eBay will assume that you accept the Claim and will force a refund to the buyer.
