When i create a new listing the shipping options will not populate. It has a bar for shipping policies but i do not want to create one and i dont have any as it is faster for me to simply click create a similar listing. Not sure what is going on or how to fix it. I recently changed my working days to mon-thursday as i have next day shipping and needed an extra day this week rather than taking a day off. That shouldnt have changed anything but idk what else could have done it unless ebay updated their listing process for some reason and its bugging (yet again)
Also has payment policies now and i dont have any it usually just auto populates the shipping and payment

If you can remember how you opted in @mametsu please come back and share. A lot of sellers end up in your position and I've been trying to figure out if there's an area of the site they're clicking on but not understanding - maybe it needs more clear messaging or something? Right now I'm not sure what sellers are looking at and not realizing they are opting in.

I was having the same issue and never Opt-ed In. I even had my Printify account link with eBay and never set them up together. That is when my trouble started. I had to remove all of those and not until I OPT-OUT was i able to fix this issue too. I almost gave up on selling on eBay. It seems everytime I turn around, it is something new when the older version was fine. New layouts etc. Too much too soon.

A lot of times sellers say they never opted in to biz policies, we later find out they are using a third party API and the third party is the cause. In your case @thenightpainter it was the Printify connection.

Click the "Irregular Package" box under the shipping weight. Then it should populate.

Unless the package is actually irregular, you don’t want that box checked, though. Clicking it to see if it causes the shipping to load is fine, but make sure to uncheck it if you’re using any typical box to ship. Otherwise it will add an unnecessary surcharge to your shipping label.
