Cant list an item. Keep getting the following "This item is not permitted under the Mailing Lists...

I am simply trying to list some collectible pins. I even copied a sold listing title and put my usual description template but this is the first time I encountered this.  Phone support could not figure it out. Had it escalated and i got an email that simply repeats the policy with no help at all. This is the message. 

"This item is not permitted under the Mailing Lists and Personal Information policy. Please do not relist"

Im not putting in any mailing list, subscription service or sensitive info. The listing title is: "Animal Crossing New Horizons Enamel Pin Lapel Set 4 Piece Nintendo Switch"  What could be wrong?

What does "Nintendo switch" have to do with a collectible animal pin?

Since the link you provided prohibits "software" the bots might think that is the probelm.

I agree with Richard. You can't say Nintendo switch unless you are selling a Nintendo Switch.

I tried listing a Parker Brothers NERF Ping Pong set....big red errors for key word spamming because I used NERF and Parker Brothers...the company that MADE Nerf.

You can't win, just change your wording until it doesn't see you anymore.
