Cannot see buyer feedback on questions sent through messages.

When did this start happening?  I used to always be able to view the buyers feedback when they sent me questions about my items, and now it seems unavailable.  Any ideas?

Click on the buyer's name at the top of the message @dippitydoo . That takes you to their profile page and from there you can access their feedback.
