I just switched over the the updated seller dashboard (Or whatever you call it; the entire setup of my orders / listings page is very different from what it has been since I started eBay) and I can't seem to find a way to see a complete overview of a customer's order. Such as shipping address, payment status, etc. I click on the "Orders" tab and click "All Orders" and I see my list of orders with tracking info, etc., but I can't find any specific order numbers, or clickable ones, anyways, so that I can just view the entire order. I'm trying to click on a specific order to find the customer's shipping address because their order is split into 2 different packages, so I need to create another label.
Can anyone help me find a way to see a complete overview of a customers order?
EDIT: Upon one click back to the orders tab, I have located the Order Number with a link attachment. Imagine that, haha. For anyone else having trouble: The customers' order number is located above the photo of the item that they purchased, in a blue font. Clicking it will take you to their order.
