I'm trying to post an item and proved international shipping. I keep getting this message. I am in Botswana and need to ship worldwide.
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

When you list an item on .com, the domestic shipping section is always the cost from your location to the US. Under the domestic shipping section, choose flat rate shipping as the ‘cost type’ and enter the cost for shipping to the US. You will have to find the cost from a carrier in your country. Then add the shipping service, use either standard or economy shipping from outside the US.
Shipping to ALL other countries will be set up in the international shipping.

Hi,
I did as you said, but the same message keeps coming up. I entered flat rate and the charge in the domestic shipping section. Then entered standard shipping.
Under international shipping I chose worldwide, then chose UPS. I also chose calculate shipping as well and both options brought the same message below. Very confounding.
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
Shipping cost Shipping cost cannot be calculated since the item location is different from the site. Use flat rate shipping.

In the US you have to have 10 feedbacks for selling before you can offer International shipping. Don't you have the same rules?

I'm not in the U.S. I'm in Botswana. So do I have to go to an international site? Say U.K.? And am I allowed or do I create another account on those sites?

I just signed in to the U.K. site and tried to post the same item and it comes up with the same message:
